who are we?
Our cooperative "Il fenicottero rosa" is a new reality made by young people, who have decided to put their ideas at the service of the community and the local area, through the management of the “Savoia” Theatre. Under their direction it will become a cultural pole, able to make young people passionate about theatre and to promote it for adults too. The cooperative is not only involved in setting up theatre performances but it also organises courses dedicated to various cultural activities.
WHY A THEATRE?
Theatre provides you with an awsome, cultural experience.
Unfortunately it is now losing the importance it deserves, as not many people are attending theatrical performences.
The average of the theatre public is around 50 years old.
As it takes place in front of our eyes, live theatre calls for a deep exchange of feelings between public and artists.
This is in contrast with what usually happens today, where, because of new technologies, lack of empathy among people is the norm.
